Marie-Michelle, I was devastated last night to read of your passing. Like everyone who knows you is saying, you were a shining light at the Graduate Center and had a beautiful energy that everyone envied and wanted to capture. I don't know what happened but I hope you were not in any pain at the end. I remember your kind words of perseverance and your infectious laugh that resonated from room to room and your lovely presence. You always had a smile on your face, a fashionable outfit on and a greeting for everyone you met. I haven't met many people like you in my life so your passing is even more difficult to understand.
