Carmela always had a smile. Even after I retired from DMA, when I called, her voice had a smile. She put up with me, laughed at my jokes and played tricks on me as well. She was one of the best employees at DMA. I cannot express in words to her family what a loss they must feel. I can only say, "I'm so sorry. It isn't fair." You are in my thoughts and prayers.
