Dear Aunt Dee, I don't know if you remember me. My mom, Linda Catalona Taft, is the daughter of your brother-in-law, Dr. William Catalona. I just heard today from Mickala Catalona Frantz about Joe's passing. I am very deeply sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine what it must be like to lose a child. My own son is 25, and I know I would be devastated to go through what you have. Please know that you are in my prayers. I am very sorry to know that he had the same cancer as Grandma Catalona.
