Condolence: I send my heartfelt sympathies to Richie's family and friends at the loss of such a special man. I am the parent of a child with special needs and have strong memories of the times Richie would email, sometimes late at night, with solutions to bus problems, always offering swift, responsive, and most of all kind help. Richie went above and beyond in helping our children, and it was clear how much he truly cared. He was one of the people who made having a special needs child easier rather than harder, and I will never forget him or the impact his help had on my child's education and well being. I am forever indebted to him.

Condolence: I am so deeply saddened to hear of Richie's passing. He was truly one of the good guys in this world. I am the mother of a daughter with special needs. Condolence: In 1 Corinthians 2:9, St. Paul wrote, "But as it is written, eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him." I know that Richie is now living a wonderful new life free of worry, work, bills and all of the problems we face in this life. Richie was good friend and colleague for many years, and I shall miss warmth, integrity and heartfelt concern for his mission.
