Joe was one of my dearest friends.  I'll always remember his hearty laugh and sense of humor and all the fun we had on our vacations together with our wives.    We had so many good times and laughs working together on construction jobs.

It was great to know Joe and I'll never, ever forget him.

I know he is up in heaven now making everyone laugh.
