Russell was born on September 22, 1948 in Brooklyn New York which he had lived all of his life. He was a construction worker for many years and enjoyed what he did. He was married for 15 years and has 3 children Donna Mulholland, Russell Mulholland and Joey Mulholland. He also has 2 grandchildren that he loved dearly . Russell was a great man with a big heart he was the type of man that would give you the shirt off of his back for his friends and family and had a great sense of humor . He loved to make people laugh and will be greatly missed.
