Giuseppe Verga was born on September 24th, 1931 in Lercara Friddi, Sicily. He migrated to America with his wife Concetta Verga where they built a life and a family together. He was a beloved husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, great-grandfather, son, brother, uncle. His children Joseph, Frank, Josie and John gave him grandchildren who loved him.

He worked as a professional tailor his whole life. He made numerous sacrifices for his children to make sure they received a high education and became successful. In his spare time he kept busy taking care of his birds. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was deeply loved and brought immense joy to all around him. His big smile will always be missed
