On Friday, July 9th, 2021, Candido A. Sanchez, born November 24th, 1959, left the earthly realm, at the age of 61.
He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin, father, and friend. Those who knew him, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives. If you asked anyone who knew him, they would all say the same, he was crazy, a know it all, a jokester and always played by his own rules. He paved his own way, and if you said he couldn’t do it, he made sure he could, just so he could say “I told you so”. He was passionate about many things, like his carpentry (no one could paint or build better than him), his family and all things movies.
He is survived by his mother, Maria, his two sons, Candido Jr, and Donald John. As well as, his four siblings, Carmen, Janet, Jessie, and Johnnie, and his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He will be greatly missed by many, but he wouldn’t want us to mourn him but celebrate him and the many ways he touched our lives.
“I’ll be there”
There was no time to say good-bye
But this I ask, Please do not cry,
Remember me as you think best.
The happy times- forget the rest.
Look for me and I’ll be there
And you’ll find me everywhere
And the gentle touch of breeze
That cools the skin or swirls the leaves.
In the scent and color of flower
That gave to me such happy hours
On sunny days and under sunny skies of blue
Just think of me, I’ll be there for you.
