I’d like to express my sincere and most heartfelt condolences to the friends and family of the late Ms. Astuti. Nothing pains us more than when we lose our loved ones to death. The pain and emotions are incomparable, as there is no other loss that even comes closee. When we lose loved ones like this, it’s helpful to meditate on the loving promise God makes us in his word found in John 5.28,29. “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” Isn’t it a lovely relief to know that our loving God promises a resurrection of our loved ones in the near future? Additionally in Revelation 21.4 we are assured that “Death will be no more”. So not only will we enjoy having our loved ones by our side again, but will not have to fear losing them ever again. If you have a moment I encourage you to read these scriptures and meditate on them. I hope they provide you with a sense of comfort in this difficult time, and that with time you may heal until you have the opportunity welcome Antonietta back with open arms
