The lighting of a Memorial Candle not only provides a gesture of sympathy and support to the immediate family during their time of need but also provides the gift of extending the Book of Memories for future generations.

A neighbour

My sincere condolences to the family of the late Mr. Cirmia. At a time like this words often fall short of comforting. However I’d like to share with you a scripture that has helped me immensely when a few months ago I also faced a loss. Job 14:14,15 says “If a man dies, can he live again?I will wait all the days of my compulsory service Until my relief comes. You will call, and I will answer you.You will long for the work of your hands.” Here we see Gods loving promise to us that he longs to bring back our loved ones who have fallen asleep in death. Imagine being able to embrace Salvatore again in good health and without fear of losing him again as Jehovah God also promises to do away with death. (Revelation 21:3,4) Though the wound of the loss is still recent, I hope you can find peace and hope in these wonderful promises until you’re reunited again.
